The refund duration varies depending on the acquirer. Refunds processed on the same day before settlement will be refunded instantly. For manual refund requests submitted via email to support@revenuemonster.my, the processing time may take 14 to 60 working days.
No charges apply if the refund is processed before settlement. Post-settlement refunds incur MDR charges, which are borne by the Merchant.
In Merchant Portal, go to Settings → Refund PIN under Payment, reconfirm the PIN, and a TAC will be sent to your registered mobile number.
In the terminal, go to the transaction history, select the required transaction, and click the Refund button.
In Merchant Portal, go to the Payment → Transaction → search for the required transaction → click the Refund button.
For offline transactions, refund via the terminal on the same day before settlement. For online or post-settlement transactions, contact our support hotline at 016-669 9168 or email support@revenuemonster.my

Yes. Merchant must bear the MDR rate charges if request for a refund after the transaction settlement.
