What is a recurring payment?

A recurring payment is a payment that is automatically charged on a regular schedule, wich is weekly and monthly.

Can we receive a notification when a customer makes a payment?

Yes. Merchants can view payment status and notifications by clicking on the bell icon at the top-right corner of the Merchant Dashboard homepage.

Can we set a start or end date for installments?

No. Merchants can only set the Recurring Repetition (Count), which determines how many times the payment will recur.

Can recurring payments be made using e-wallets?

No. Recurring payments only available for debit and credit card payments.

How can we check failed recurring payments?

Merchants can view failed recurring payment notifications by clicking on the bell icon at the top-right corner of the Merchant Dashboard.

What are the advantages of recurring payments?

Recurring payments are convenient and automated, saving time and helping prevent missed or late payments.
