How do I log in to the Merchant Dashboard?

Visit MERCHANT PORTAL, login using registered email and password.

What can I do on the Merchant Dashboard?

You can manage payments, track daily sales, process refunds, view settlements, manage outlets, update your business info, and user creation - everything to run your payment operations smoothly.

How do I manage users?

In the Merchant Portal, go to Settings → Users & Roles. You can manage user permission and link them to specific stores.

Is there a mobile app for merchants?

Yes, the Merchant Dashboard is mobile-friendly and can be accessed through any web browser on your phone or tablet.

How do I register a new or additional outlet?

In the Merchant Portal, go to Store Management → Store → Create Store.

Where can I find the API Key for integration?

In the Merchant Portal, navigate to Developer → Application. For more details, please review DEVELOPER APPLICATION GUIDE under Merchant Guides.

Where can I find the manual or tutorial?

In the Merchant Portal, navigate to Merchant Guides, and select the relevant topic for review or download.

How do I view daily settlement reports?

In the Merchant Portal, go to Payment → Payout.

What types of payment acceptance are provided?

We support DuitNow, e-wallets, card payments, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options.
