What is LivePay and what are its advantages?

Allows Merchants collect payments instantly through one reusable link that supports major e-Wallets, online banking, and cards. It requires no setup and offers real-time tracking—perfect for live selling.

How do I create a LivePay link?

In Merchant Portal, go to Payment → LivePay → Create LivePay, and enter all required information.

How do I check transaction details from LivePay?

Once the LivePay link is created and a customer makes payment, the transaction details will appear in the LivePay section or in the transaction report.

Can a LivePay link be deleted?

No. Merchants are not able to delete an existing LivePay link. If necessary, they may create a new link; however, the original link will remain active.

Are there any additional charges to use LivePay?

No. There are no additional charges. LivePay is free of charge (FOC) for merchants who have opted in for online payments.
