Company Details and Updates

How can I update my company information (e.g. company profile, bank account, email address, phone number, brand name, website, or ownership details)?

For any updates to your merchant information — including company profile, bank account details, contact information, brand name, website, or ownership changes — please email support@revenuemonster.my or contact our support hotline at 016-699 9168 for assistance. As part of LHDN’s e-Invoicing requirements, all merchants must ensure their business details are accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in settlements being withheld. Note: Ownership or company name changes (e.g. Company A to Company B) are considered new enrollments and require new registration.
